FAQ
What's included? Track downloads only. Mixtapes are free already; plug-ins, classes and merch are separate.
Do unused downloads roll over to next month? No. On the 1st of every month your download count resets to your full monthly amount, and anything you didn't use is not carried over. Example: if your plan gives 25 downloads a month and you only use 10, you don't start next month with 40 — you start fresh at 25.
How does billing work? You pay up front for the term you choose. No auto-charge — renew whenever you like.
Can I cancel or get a refund? No. Because membership gives instant access to downloadable digital files, all sales are final — memberships are non-refundable and can't be cancelled. You keep access for the full term.
Do I own what I download? Yes — downloaded tracks are yours to keep for promotional DJ use per our terms.
